Making a lasting impression on his audiences with some of the most challenging music in the solo piano repertory, Elia Stavrou has made connections and a thriving musical network from his experience owning and running Gaspard Music Academy - a music studio and performance venue in Richmond founded in 2021.

After studying with Jeremy Davis, a student himself of Vlado Perlemuter, Elia’s original passion for music was rooted in the French traditions of Rameau through to Debussy, Ravel and Fauré who were championed by Perlemuter and Davis. Elia’s discography includes two albums and a complete recording of Ravel’s Gaspard de la Nuit.

From a family of leather artisans who own and run numerous shops in West London, Elia also has over 15 years experience running the family business that champions the best of British Handmade and aims to offer a vibrant and enthusiastic platform for the craftsman who will be presenting their talents at Through The Arch events.
