As you pass ‘through the arch’ in our beautiful settings, we intend to create a transformative experience for you and our artists where the emphasis is on storytelling.

The vision for Through The Arch derived from an awareness that beautiful buildings hold stories and memories inside their arches and historic walls, ready to be set free and evolve.

Gigs and recitals are approached as moments of shared focus, where performance craft, context and dialogue matter as much as the performance itself. The aim is to create a varied calendar and to build a community that values insight, creativity and genuine engagement.

This passion for storytelling is in the DNA of co-founder musicians Sally and Elia, who having been on both sides of the stage felt that performance experiences needed a more tailored and immersive approach. Using diverse programming, we also include wellbeing events/ retreats, art exhibitions, craft workshops, through to bespoke shopping events.

With Sally’s background in Film and TV Music and Elia’s experience as a studio owner we feel strongly that programming should move fluidly using a structure of “chapters” whereby live music and in conversation events creates an opportunity for connection and themed storytelling.

Our roster of musicians, artists and craftsman have been handpicked to reflect our ethos and share this passion.
